I've been making ipod docks for automobiles since I first got an ipod in 2004. This is a custom dock I made to fit in my Mom's Grand Marquis. The dock is integrated into the ashtray so it can easily be hidden. A Belkin auto adapter is used to provide power and audio output to the car's stereo.
